Music For Museums Album

The mini-album "Music For Museums" was released in 2003 on the Danish 3S3TA label as a limited edition 3" CD-R and features three tracks each by three projects, all by the same person: Christian H. Soetemann, cryptic scenery and The Organisation of Sound. The CD-R was limited to 33 copies and has been sold out for a long time.



These shorter pieces were inspired by deliberating on what pieces for some museum exhibits could sound like. A lot of the material was recorded rather quickly, valuing spontaneity over perfection (in this case, at any rate). So what emerged was a collection of sketches, but of course none of it was used for actual museum exhibitions.
