Biography
Zen Albatross assembles colossal obelisks of sound using antiquated computer consoles, tape loops and improvised electronics. Reflecting intense anxieties both political and personal, the resulting rhythmic constructs rise and disintegrate into a surreal stream of carefully sustained drones and noise.
Based in New York City, Zen Albatross has performed in cities across North America and was twice featured at Blip Festival, a pioneering chip music event which took place annually on four continents.
