Swiping a page from the Cheater Slicks book on bad-mood rock, Brooklyn quartet Pampers unleash a torrential downpour of fiery, ticked-off sludge. reverb-drenched vocals and molten guitar are set to a furious punk pace on the band's 2013 self-titled debut on In the Red. And while Pampers are certainly not averse to a serious musical temper tantrum, the band also deftly weave into the meltdown touches of post-punk, psych,and even a memorable pop hook or four.
