Tim Wijnant came to our attention when got our hands to a C-90 tape full of Warp influenced breaks and strange guitars weeping all over it. Two years later he released his first album which was introspective, and retrospective from his point of view. The atmosphere was heavy and dark. But even so, the album shined brightly in of hope and future. Evolving quickly into not only a homestudio artist, but also on stage as a bewildering affair, Ovil Bianca second album is the mature album everybody was expecting for a while. Arty festivals programmed him with pride alongst Fennesz , Pita and other contemporary electronica artists. Currently busy to try to fill the gap between Kompakt, Trance and electronica which promises a great future. Has dne remixes fro a.o. O.Lamm, did scores for short movies/documentaries and worked together with Köhn as Great lakes/Overall. Other collaborations are/were with people from Toss, Starfield Season, Benjamin Franklin. Ovil Bianca is here to stay, and the world will know it.
