Biography
The band took its name after epic, communist-style broadcast "for children and youth" which was regularly broadcasted in Czechoslovakia during the 80's. Kotúče DM are musically influenced by clasic three accord based punk rock. According their own worlds the style they present is best described as a Progressive Punk. In their lyrics they caricature everything and everybody and they prefer to use real life stories.
of the band are Gazda, Grajciar and Grošák. It's no coincidence they have the same names as three products of one slovakian brewery which went out of business quite some time ago.
