Biography
Girls on Grass was formed in NYC by singer-guitarist Barbara (ex-Elk City, the Lovelies) and drummer Nancy (the Silos, Cheri Knight), who'd dug each other's work in local bands. The Girls woodshedded throughout 2014, recruiting bassist Dave (WFMU's Hoof and Mouth Sinfonia) and noted lead guitarist Sean (Luna, Elk City) before heading into the studio to capture the initial burst of songwriting. -bandcamp
