Biography
Born in 1973, Gerald Fiebig is an editor and audio artist based in Augsburg, , where he co-curates the acoustic art and experimental music series “echokammer”. Recent performances of his work include festivals in , Spain, and Colombia. A member of the experimental sound project die grenzlandreiter (with Mathias Huber), Gerald Fiebig also collaborates regularly with sound artist Gerhard Zander. Their piece “Identification de substances” was shortlisted for the annual award of the Institut de Musique Electroacoustique de Bourges.
