Dr RemiX was born in Amsterdam 1965. Black Slate's Amigo was the first reggae maxi single he ever heard and he loves reggae music ever since. At the age of 19 he bought a BOSS Dr. Riddim drum machine. 6 years later he had the opportunity to use an Atari 1040 ST with a sampler attached.. That was where the magic of composing really started. Nowadays Dr. RemiX cooks his music at home with an old 2 octave Oxygen8 MIDI keyboard and any music creation software he can lay his hands on…
