Yes, the FMA is experiencing tech issues. The Listens/s will update, and a zip file will appear once we are able to fix this problem. We are working on a longterm solution, and it's still a few weeks away.
That function is usually there, and its absence is not our doing. Maybe the excessive numbers of this survey is the factor ... so, given how lovely it is, pros and cons, we feel. But, also, if you notice, the s/listens counter isn't working; so, perhaps FMA is experiencing tech issues. I've ed them, exploring that issue. Thanks.
